Holidays are coming !! | Coca Cola truck in Wolverhampton | Photography by Evans Cheuka
Been a busy few weeks and the next are not any quieter with preparing for new photography clients next year. With the news that the Coca Cola truck was going to be at Waitrose in Wolverhampton , I thought I should pop out and have some night fun photography . It was only about a two minute walk from where I live so I thought why not ? Not mentioning it was freeeezing cold outside and I couldn’t feel my fingers , so most of the time I had to use a remote control for shutter release to avoid camera shake as I was using long exposures some of about 30 seconds. It’s been a while since I’ve done night shots as well just “random going out to take photographs” but practice makes perfect doesn’t it ? 😉 but nobody is perfect . So below are a few unedited shots from the Coca Cola gallery in the main portfolio , I hope you enjoy 🙂

Keisha and Jonathan Baker Wedding Photography in Birmingham West Bromwich
I’m pleased to introduce to you Keisha and Jonathan Baker’s wedding photography shot in Birmingham, West Bromwich.
On this day I had the honor to document this lovely couple’s wedding day, who got married in Birmingham. We began our day getting ready at the bride’s house. Once it was time, we drove over to West Bromwich to meet everyone and slowly headed towards where the ceremony was being held at.
After the ceremony, we begin our photo session inside the park just out of where the ceremony took place. We shot some candid photo-journalistic style and posed photographs , some family and individual shots . Overall it was a fun experience for both couple and myself. Here are some of my favorite images from their wedding day.

Depending on purpose of the image, it can reveal human character, emotions, interaction between people, or social status. Each of our candid photo has it’s meaning and it is based on a photographer’s vision.
At weddings we use a Photojournalism style of photography: these candid images are a tool in hands of a wedding photojournalist. The sequence of candid images creates a story of the wedding day.
Candid photography sometimes is misunderstood as a series of snapshots shot by the photographer during the wedding day. While snapshots are usually limited to facial expressions (which will often make people laugh), candids are based on a variety of photographic techniques, mixed with a clearly set purpose of documenting the event with a unique photographer’s vision.
